Welcome. You may be coming to therapy with questions that feel hard to identify - why certain types of relationships repeat, why you feel disconnected, or why familiar patterns keep pulling you back even when you want something different. You might sense that past experiences shape how you respond or protect yourself. Often, the goal isn’t a quick fix, but a deeper understanding of these patterns that shape how you relate, cope, and move through the world.
My approach is intuitive and psychodynamic, with a strong focus on attachment and trauma-informed therapy. In my work with individuals, we slow things down and listen closely. I pay particular attention to what I often call the unconscious whispers — subtle emotional cues, repeating patterns, and defenses that point to deeper pain, unmet needs, and trauma responses that continue to shape how we relate to ourselves and others. I integrate modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT/EFIT), and attachment-based, trauma-informed approaches in a way that is tailored and client-led. Therapy focuses on identifying the patterns and narratives that no longer work and exploring new ways of thinking, responding, and relating that support fundamental shifts and create long-lasting change.
Starting therapy can feel uncertain, especially when you sense that familiar patterns in your life or relationships are no longer working, but you don’t yet fully understand how to change them. If you feel stuck, disconnected, or maybe you are intuitively searching for something deeper, therapy with me can be a place to learn how to change patterns that no longer serve you - opening unique, new possibilities for how you live and relate. My intention is to offer a safe, compassionate space where healing feels possible — and where insight becomes something you can live, not just understand.
