Welcome! I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and I work with both individuals and couples. My approach is integrative as I draw on several therapies, mainly Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and Solution-focused therapy.
At the heart of my approach is attentive, non-judgmental, and compassionate listening combined with gentle inquiry to facilitate deep consideration of the issues you are facing. I aim to support you with useful strategies for discovering and applying your strengths in your day-to-day living. At my core, I firmly believe that my therapeutic approach honours establishing a safe space and strong therapeutic relationship.
